In those rare instances where your ideas require something extra, we’ll work with you on making those happen too!

Smart Pricing—simplicity at its finest

Enter our Smart Pricing system and place your order. It will guide you through the process to ensure that you get accurate pricing, and at the end, you know exactly what your job will cost. Hit transmit and you’re finished. We’ll send you a confirmation via email or fax, your choice.

Custom Orders—a little extra attention

When you send a custom order, it goes first to our Custom department where we check to ensure we either have the parts and materials or can get them. Once designed, we¹ll send you a confirmation and upon approval the order is sent to production. If we have a question, we call.

Production—the human touch

Once in production, standard orders are shipped in about two weeks. Given the amount of handwork each order receives, our lead times are exceedingly fast. Rush orders are scheduled separately, so if you have a crisis, call customer service and we’ll see what we can do.

Shipping—the same attention to detail

We take the same care packing and shipping your products that we do making them. Before the truck leaves, we’ll send you a note telling you the date and time you can expect delivery or you can login to our site and track the truck’s progress anytime. We’ll even include the driver’s name and cell phone number. Should lightning strike or the Earth shift in its orbit and your order arrive incomplete or damaged, call us immediately and we will make it right. That’s the Jim Bishop Promise.
